Cheiftain Neptune, a son of Byera Village, is a dedicated educator, advocate, and community leader. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, International Relations, and Political Science. Throughout his life, he has served North Central Windward as a student, athlete, and educator, fostering a strong connection with the people. His vision is to empower communities through education, economic opportunities, and sustainable development. Cheiftain is committed to helping to deal with our spiraling crime crisis as well as addressing both immediate needs and long-term aspirations, ensuring that North Central Windward moves forward.
