Conroy Huggins was born and raised in Kearton’s Village, Barrouallie. He holds a Master’s in Project Management, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Conroy has been an educator for over 15 years, teaching at various secondary schools across St. Vincent and the Grenadines. His career spans public service, project coordination, and consultancy, including leadership roles in national and international agricultural initiatives. He has served as Project Coordinator for the National Zero Hunger Initiative and the OECS Regional Agricultural Competitiveness Project (AGRICOM). A dedicated community advocate, he has led parent-teacher associations and the Board of Directors at VINSAVE. Conroy is committed to empowering Central Leeward through education, sustainable agriculture, and economic development. He is married with four children.
