Dr. Kishore Shallow, a native of Coull’s Hill, North Leeward, is a business and technology consultant, sports administrator, and advocate for youth development. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (Financial Management) and has led regional digital transformation projects, including the modernization of health records in Barbados. As President of Cricket West Indies, he played a pivotal role in organizing the largest Cricket World Cup in the Caribbean and securing a historic $100 million commercial partnership. His leadership vision centers on integrity, accountability, and economic growth. Dr. Shallow believes in creating opportunities for young people and strengthening local businesses to drive economic prosperity in North Leeward.
